Bill Belichick has the New York Jets’ number.

It’s been like that as of late, and it’s been like that for almost two decades now.

However, as easily as the New England Patriots have dominated them thus far, Jets star Garrett Wilson doesn’t want to hear anything about it.

In an appearance on the Bart & Hamm podcast, the Ohio State product claimed that it’s unacceptable that the team is 0-14 against them in their past 14 games, and even more unacceptable that he’s 0-2 against them in his young career in the league (via Yahoo Sports).

Notably, this could’ve been the season it all changed, with Aaron Rodgers leading the way at quarterback, and the Jets being a much better team than the Patriots on both sides of the field, but that’s no longer the case.

The Jets boast one of the best defenses in the league, but so do the Patriots.

Also, even though they have way more talent and playmakers on offense, Zach Wilson handicaps and hurts their ability to be at their best.

The Patriots are 0-2 and have their backs against the wall, which is why they’ll fight tooth and nail to get the job done and avoid falling 0-2 in their division.

Also, despite their winless record, they’ve fared quite well in both games, taking contending teams all the way to the final possession of the game.

As of now, it’s hard to think the Jets will be able to put an end to that losing streak, but we’ve seen crazier things happen in this league.
