Renewed Appeals to Find Missing 17-Year-Old Boy Last Seen Near Town

Authorities and family members are once again making a heartfelt plea to the public for any information on the whereabouts of 17-year-old Jack Andrews, who went missing near the town of Westbury last week.

The teenage boy, who is described as being 5’8″ tall with a slim build and brown hair, was last seen walking along the outskirts of the town on Tuesday evening. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers at the time of his disappearance.

It has been six days since Jack was last seen and fears for his safety are growing. Despite an extensive search by both the police and local community, no trace of Jack has been found. His family and friends are deeply worried and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

His mother, Melanie Andrews, spoke to us about her son’s disappearance, saying, “We are absolutely devastated and desperate for any news of our beloved Jack. He is a bright and kind young man who would never intentionally cause us this much worry.”

She also added, “We have been overwhelmed by the support from the community and we are forever grateful. However, we still urge anyone with any information, no matter how small, to please come forward. It could make all the difference in bringing our son back home safely.”

The police have set up a dedicated hotline for anyone with information on Jack’s whereabouts and are also conducting door-to-door inquiries in the surrounding areas. The community has also rallied together, organizing search parties and spreading awareness through social media.

Detective Inspector Mark Watson, who is leading the investigation, said, “We are doing everything in our power to locate Jack and reunite him with his family. We are keeping an open mind and are following all leads and potential sightings. I would like to appeal to anyone who may have seen Jack or has any information, to please contact us as soon as possible.”

He also emphasized, “We understand some people may be hesitant to come forward, but I want to assure you that any information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Jack’s family is going through a difficult time and we need your help to bring him back to them.”

The local community has also been showing their support by organizing a candlelight vigil for Jack, which will be held in the town square tonight at 7 pm. The event organizers are encouraging everyone to attend and show solidarity for Jack and his family.

The Missing Persons Bureau has also been involved in the search for Jack and has released a photo of the teenager in hopes that it will lead to more information. They have also urged anyone who may have seen him to come forward and have reassured the public that all information will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

As the search for Jack continues, the community is united in their efforts to bring him home safely. His family is holding onto hope that he will be found soon and are urging anyone with information to contact the police or the dedicated hotline.

In times like these, it is heartwarming to see a community come together to support one another. Let’s continue to spread the word and keep Jack and his family in our thoughts and prayers. Let’s bring Jack home.
