Police are reaching out to the community for assistance in locating a missing teenager last seen at a railway station in the county.
17-year-old Emily Wilson was last seen on Saturday night at the train station in the small town of Oakville. She was waiting for a train to take her back to her home in the neighboring town of Westfield, but never arrived.
Emily is described as 5’4″ with long brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a green hoodie, jeans, and white sneakers. She was also carrying a black backpack with a pink floral design.
Her family and friends are deeply concerned about her whereabouts and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Emily’s mother, Sarah Wilson, tearfully pleads, “If you have seen or heard from Emily, please let us know. We just want to know that she is safe.”
The police have been actively searching for Emily since her disappearance was reported on Sunday morning. They have been conducting door-to-door inquiries, reviewing CCTV footage, and utilizing search dogs to track her scent.
