ANC Provincial Secretary Louis Diremelo has issued a stark warning, stating that time is running out to fix failing municipalities. Diremelo, who is responsible for the ANC’s operations in the province, has called for urgent action to be taken in order to address the dire situation facing many municipalities across the country.
